DECISION OF THE BOARD; June 14, 2000

1. The responding party has asked the Board to reconsider its endorsement of June 5, 2000 on the basis that it has still not received a copy of the application. The Board’s records indicate that a copy was faxed to the responding party on June 2, 2000. However, as it appears that that copy was not received, contrary to the fax confirmation, the Board hereby provides another copy.

2. The responding party’s response in this matter should therefore be filed with the Board on or before 10 days after its receipt of this decision.
