DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 3, 2000
[1]. By letter dated February 3, 2000 the Ministry of Labour advised counsel for the applicants that the order issued to Ron Gaulin in Field Visit Report No. 823352 dated February 22, 1999 (Board File No. 4248-98-HS) has been rescinded.
[2]. The parties reached agreement on all remaining issues in dispute and filed Minutes of Settlement dated March 3, 2000 with the Board.
[3]. Having regard to those minutes of settlement these matters are terminated.
