Decision
1The Board is in receipt of a letter dated June 19, 2000 from the applicant in this matter requesting production of documents from the responding party. That letter also submits that the responding party may not have filed with the Board all the material upon which it intends to rely.
2The Board is in receipt of a letter from the responding party dated June 19, 2000 indicating that it has not had an opportunity to respond to the applicant’s request for production.
3The Board directs the responding party to respond to the applicant’s request on or before July 19, 2000. After that date, the applicant may refer any outstanding production issues to the Board.
4The responding party is reminded of the Board’s Rules and its obligation to file all documents upon which it intends to rely in a timely fashion, and at least ten days prior to the hearing unless the Board orders otherwise.
