3719-99-G United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Local 2041, Applicant v. Cambareri Construction Inc., Responding Party.
BEFORE: D. L. Gee, Vice-Chair.
DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 5, 2000
The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated March 29, 2000 from the responding party stating that he did not receive a form B-67 from the Board.
The Board’s file contains a copy of a B-67 that was faxed to the responding party at the facsimile number shown on the responding party’s letterhead on March 16, 2000. The facsimile transmission sheet contained in the Board’s file indicates that the transmission was successful. The facsimile number in question is the same facsimile number that the Board's decision of March 29, 2000 was faxed which there can be no doubt, given the responding party’s letter of March 29, 2000, was received by the responding party.
Having regard to the materials contained in the Board’s file I am satisfied that the form B-67 was successfully faxed to the responding party’s place of business such that the form B-67 was in fact received. The Board’s decision of March 29, 2000 remains in force and effect.
