It appears that the applicant may have abandoned his appeal given that he did not meet the deadline for the filing of submissions, and has not been heard from at all. The applicant is directed to advise the Board within 10 days of the date of this decision of why it should continue to process this application. If the Board does not receive anything from the applicant within that time, this application will be deemed terminated.
