1The Board is in receipt of a letter, a copy of which is attached, from counsel for the St. Lawrence & Hudson Railway Company dated June 5, 2000 stating that this Board has no jurisdiction over this matter. It appears on a first review of this issue that the employer may be correct. The Board directs the applicant to provide submissions on this issue by June 21, 2000, failing which this application will be dismissed.
