DECISION OF THE BOARD; September 11, 2000

1. This matter reconvened on September 11, 2000. At that time the parties sought to adjourn the proceedings in order to have the opportunity of attempting to negotiate a collective agreement in light of certain changed circumstances.

2. Having regard to the parties’ request, the scheduled dates of September 12, October 2, and October 30, 2000 are hereby adjourned. This matter remains scheduled for December 1, 5, and 6, 2000. This panel is seized.
