Decision

1In the decision dated May 31, 2000, the applicants were directed to contact the Registrar of the Board within 20 days of the date of the decision to indicate whether they wished to continue with the litigation of the matters in dispute.

2Thereafter the Board attempted to contact counsel for Trentfab Inc. to ascertain the applicants’ wishes. To date the Board has heard nothing.

3In these circumstances I am of the view that these applications have been abandoned. The Director of Employment Standards is advised to issue any monies held in trust, along with interest accrued, to Trevor Minnie, the employee responding party in Board File No. 4398-97-ES.
