1The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated May 19, 2000 from Chi Ling Yu, the owner of Brant Plaza Pharmacy, in which he requests an extension of two weeks in which to file an application for review.
2Having considered the May 19, 2000 correspondence, and noting that the required monies have been paid in trust to the Director of Employment Standards, the Board hereby grants an extension to June 12, 2000 in which to file an application for review.
