Decision
1The Board has received a request for reconsideration from counsel for Spud Erectors Inc. It has been filed on the incorrect form and has not, apparently, been delivered to counsel for the applicant.
2Without making any comment on the substance of the submission, the Board reschedules both these applications for the dates for which they were originally set, namely September 18, 19, 20 and 26, 2000. The first matter to be dealt with on September 18, 2000 will be the request for reconsideration. Counsel for Spud Erectors Inc. is directed to deliver this application to counsel for the applicant forthwith.
3The Board has received a request from the applicant for an order requiring production in Board File No. 2405-98-G. The Board rarely makes such orders in a referral under section 133. The applicant is entitled to serve a subpoena duces tecum if it chooses to do so.
4Given the Board’s previous decision, if counsel for the applicant is otherwise committed for September 18, 19, 20 or 26, he should advise the Board forthwith of any request for an adjournment.
