DECISION OF THE BOARD; June 15 , 2000
These are related matters arising out of the applicants’ applications under section 69/1(4) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”).
The Board in its decision of May 17, 2000 directed the responding parties to provide materials requested by the applicant or indicate why it is not prepared to produce certain documents.
The applicant is not satisfied with the production of documents to date. The Board notes the parties have agreed to adjourn the hearing scheduled for June 26, 2000 and propose to deal with the issue of production and other preliminary issues on June 29, 2000.
The Board directs a Labour Relations Officer to meet with the parties to assist in the production of documents prior to the hearing on June 29, 2000.
The hearing scheduled for June 26, 2000 is cancelled.
