DECISION OF THE BOARD; November 8, 2000
1. The Toronto Symphony Orchestra has requested that the Board dismiss this matter without a hearing. The union resists that request.
2. Under all of the circumstances, we are not prepared to dismiss the application at this time. However, the Toronto Symphony Orchestra is permitted to renew its motion at the re-commencement of the hearing into this matter.
