Decision
This is an application under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (“the Act”) which alleges a violation of section 74 of the Act.
On December 18, 2000 the applicant filed with the Board additional allegations concerning his complaint. It would appear that the responding party and the intervenor were provided a copy of these additional allegations.
The Board directs the responding party and the intervenor to provide any additional response they wish to make to the applicant’s additional allegations, on or before January 12, 2001.
