1This is an application brought pursuant to section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”) alleging a violation of section 74 of that Act.
2At the time scheduled for the consultation, no one had appeared on behalf of the applicant. Notice of the consultation scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on January 13, 2000, had been provided to both the applicant and to his counsel of record. I waited until 10:30 a.m. and the consultation convened. Both the responding party and the intervenor requested that the matter be dismissed. In the absence of any indication from the applicant that he seeks to pursue this matter, it is hereby dismissed.
