MINUTES OF SETTLEMENT
WHEREAS the Applicant, United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Local 2486 (hereinafter referred to as “Local 2486”) has filed a Referral of Grievance to Arbitration under Section 133 of the Labour Relations Act against the Responding Party.
AND WHEREAS the Applicant and the Responding Party wish to resolve the Section 133 Referral.
NOW THEREFORE the Parties agree as follows and request that the Ontario Labour Relations Board issue a decision incorporating the following agreement:
1074024 Ontario Inc. operating as C-Tech Specialty Systems agrees that it is bound to the Carpenters’ Provincial Collective Agreement between the Carpenters Employer Bargaining Agency and the Carpenters District Council of Ontario, United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America effective April 30, 1998 to May 1, 2001.
1074024 Ontario Inc. operating as C-Tech Specialty Systems agrees that it has violated Article 9 of the Carpenters’ Provincial Collective Agreement by failing to pay remittances, dues, contributions and deductions.
31074024 Ontario Inc. operating as C-Tech Specialty Systems agrees to pay outstanding contributions and deductions in the amount of $26,533.30 in five payments of $3728.94 to be received by the Trust Funds Administrator, Manion, Wilkins & Associates on the following dates:

4Should 1074024 Ontario Inc. operating as C-Tech Specialty Systems fail to abide by the foregoing schedule, all remaining amounts become due and payable immediately.

declares that 1074024 Ontario Inc. operating as C-Tech Specialty Systems is bound to the Carpenters’ Provincial Collective Agreement between the Carpenters Employer Bargaining Agency and the Carpenters District Council of Ontario, United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America effective April 30, 1998 to May 1, 2001;
declares that 1074024 Ontario Inc. operating as C-Tech Specialty Systems has violated Article 9 of the Carpenters’ Provincial Collective Agreement by failing to pay remittances, dues, contributions and deductions;
