1This is an appeal of an order made by an inspector under of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, R. S. O. 1990, c. O. 1 (the “Act”) filed with the Board section 61 of the Act. The Board, by decision dated November 3, 1999, adjourned this matter sine die for a period not exceeding one year. Counsel for the applicant, by letter dated October 27, 2000 advised the Board that the parties request that the Board further adjourn the matter sine die.
2The Board, at the request of the parties, hereby adjourns this appeal sine die for a further period not exceeding one year. Unless within that time either party requests that the Board proceed with this matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
