The Board is in receipt of a letter dated December 12, 2000 from counsel for the applicant requesting leave of the Board to withdraw the application for certification as the parties have entered into a voluntary recognition agreement.
Having regard to that correspondence the vote scheduled for December 14, 2000 is hereby cancelled.
The application is withdrawn with leave of the Board.
The employer is directed to immediately post this decision adjacent to the Notice of Vote previously posted and to keep it posted for a period of thirty (30) days.
