DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 8, 2000
[1]. These are two applications under section 21, 22 or 23 of the Public Sector Labour Relations Transition Act, 1997, S. O. 1997, c. 21 in which the parties met with a Labour Relations Officer pursuant to Board decisions issued in these matters dated November 21 and 23, 2000.
[2]. The parties agreed to adjourn these two matters sine die pending the determination of a third application involving these parties filed by the Ontario Public Service Employees Union in Board File No. 2378-00-PS.
[3]. Therefore, having regard to the parties’ agreement, these matters are adjourned sine die pending the determination by the Board in Board File No. 2378-00-PS. Unless a party requests that one or both of these matters be listed for consultation within thirty days of the date of the Board’s final determination in Board File No. 2378-00-PS, they will be deemed terminated without further notice to the parties.
