DECISION OF THE BOARD; January 4, 2000
1. At the request of the responding party, and in the absence of any objection from the applicant in response to the Board’s decision of December 20, 1999, the Board hereby directs the Registrar to issue an amended certificate to the applicant as bargaining agent for the following bargaining unit:
all employees of 3001300 Canada Inc. o/a Alexander Muir Retirement Residence in the Town of Newmarket, save and except the General Manager, Director of Care, Supervisors and persons above the rank of supervisor.
2. The applicant and the responding party are directed to return to the Registrar the original or copies of the certificate originally issued in this matter within 10 working days of the date of this decision.
