DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 27, 2000
The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated December 15, 2000 from the representative for the responding party (“the union”) wherein he advises that the applicant has not responded to the union’s request for particulars as articulated in a letter to the applicant’s counsel dated September 25, 2000, attached to this decision. The union asks that the Board order the provision of the particulars sought pursuant to Rule 43 of the Board’s Rules of Procedure.
Counsel for the applicant is directed to provide to the Board and to the union and its representatives his comments concerning the particulars sought in the aforementioned letter of September 25, 2000. Those comments are to be provided on or before January 8, 2001. If counsel for the applicant is content to provide all the information sought by the union, he is directed to do so on or before January 8, 2001.
