DECISION OF THE BOARD; January 18, 2000
1These are applications for review of Orders to Pay Nos. 48629, 48630 and 48632 made pursuant to section 68 of the Employment Standards Act.
2By decision dated September 1, 1998 the Board adjourned these applications for a period of three (3) months in order to provide the applicants with the opportunity to pay monies into trust or to arrange alternate payment arrangements satisfactory to the Director of Employment Standards in trust.
3By letter dated January 11, 2000 counsel for the Ministry of the Attorney General advises that no payments have been made and requests that the applications be terminated.
4Having regard to the above, these matters are hereby terminated.
