Having already issued a number of decisions in this application the Board is now advised that the style of cause should have reflected that the responding party was “Ontario Public Service Employees’ Union” and not “Ontario Public Service Employees’ Union, Local 655”. The style of cause is amended to reflect this change and a new certificate is being issued to reflect the correct name of the bargaining agent.
