Decision
1This is an application pursuant to section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”).
2On the day set for hearing no one appeared on behalf of the responding parties. The applicant indicated that it had received new information and wished to both add new responding parties to this application and to adjourn this matter sine die in order to file a section 1(4) and 69 application with respect to the responding parties.
3The Board consents to the adjournment on those terms. The applicant is reminded it bears the responsibility of delivering the application to the responding parties.
4M.D. Cabinets Ltd. and the DUC (Tom) Chuong c.o.b. as M.D. Contracting are hereby added as responding parties.
5This matter is adjourned sine die. If none of the parties seeks to bring it back on for hearing within one year of the date of this decision, the matter will be terminated without further notice to the parties.
