Decision
1. These are an application under sections 69 and 1(4) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c. 1 (the “Act”) (Board File No. 0366-00-R) and a referral of a grievance to the Board for determination under section 133 of the Act (Board File No. 0367-00-G).
2. Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the Board hereby adjourns these applications sine die. Unless either party requests that the Board proceed with these matters within one year from the date of this decision, they will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
