1This is an employer appeal of an Order to Pay, pursuant to section 68 of the Employment Standards Act.
2By decision dated June 19, 2000, another panel of the Board denied the applicant’s request to adjourn this matter, scheduled for hearing June 28, 2000.
3Counsel for the applicant has again written to the Board, providing more details about the reason for the adjournment request. Essentially, the applicant’s representative is moving residences and has made arrangements with a notary, moving van and parking permit on that day.
4The Board has already considered the applicant’s request, with knowledge that the reason was to accommodate a move.
5The applicant has provided no information that would cause the Board to reconsider its earlier decision.
6The request for an extension is denied.
