Decision
1The Board has received correspondence from counsel for the United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 175/663 (“Local 175/663”) that their “client’s rights may be affected by such Application”.
2Counsel for Local 175/663 asks in part that the vote scheduled for October 13, 2000 be stayed. The Board is not prepared to accede to this request but would point out that the ballot box has been ordered to be sealed.
3By separate correspondence the Board will forward a copy of the application and response to counsel for Local 175/663.
4Any issues that might arise from this application from the point of view of Local 175/663 may be dealt at a subsequent time.
