Decision
The applicant sent a letter to the Board on September 15, 2000 indicating its desire to appeal an Inspector's Order made on August 25, 2000 and request a suspension of that order pending the hearing of the appeal. On September 25, 2000, the Registrar of the Board wrote to the applicant indicating that the Board could not process its requests because they did not comply with the Board's Rules of Procedure. Specifically, the applicant's letter was not on the prescribed forms, and more important, did not provide the necessary information, such as a copy of the Order, a list of affected parties, and reasons why the Order ought to be suspended.
The Registrar's letter enclosed the necessary Forms and relevant Information Bulletins. The applicant was directed to deliver the completed Forms to the Board within 15 days, with the advice that if the applicant did not do so, "…the proceedings will be terminated". The deadline has passed, and the Board has received nothing from the applicant.
Consequently, as the Registrar warned, these proceedings are terminated.
