1Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the Board hereby consents to adjourn this application sine die for a period not exceeding one year. Unless within that time either party requests that the Board proceed with the matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
2The next hearing date of December 7, 2000 is cancelled.
3The parties have indicated that the subject matter of this complaint will be discussed at a meeting scheduled for November 22, 2000. If the parties are unable to resolve the matter, any party may contact the Registrar to advise that this matter should be listed for hearing.
