DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 2, 2000
1This is a referral of a grievance in the construction industry, pursuant to section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”).
2By decisions dated August 30, 2000 and September 15, 2000 other panels of the Board issued decisions incorporating the parties’ Minutes of Settlement, and making certain directions with respect to the hearing of the remaining issues.
3On September 29, 2000, the parties entered into further Minutes of Settlement which they wish to have incorporated into a decision. Having regard to the parties’ Minutes of Settlement, the Board makes the following declarations:
a) that the subpoena served upon Lisa Piccin remains fully binding in all respects for Friday, October 20, 2000, the hearing date to be scheduled by the Board in this matter;
b) that the sole issue for determination at the October 20, 2000 hearing is the amount of such additional monies, if any, that may be owing pursuant to the violations of the collective agreement referred to in the parties’ Minutes of Settlement.
4This matter is referred to the Registrar to be listed for hearing on Friday, October 20, 2000.
