1This is an application for review of an Order to Pay issued by an Employment Standards Officer. This application was scheduled to be heard on November 15, 2000. The applicant did not attend the hearing and the application was therefore dismissed.
2The Board was advised by the Ministry and the responding party employer that a discussion was held with the parties and a Labour Relations Officer prior to the commencement of the hearing. As a result of that discussion the applicant was satisfied with the Order to Pay and chose not to attend the hearing.
