The hearing did not commence until 10:00 a.m. and still at that time the applicant or a representative had not yet appeared.

DISPOSITION

3Consequently the appeal is dismissed. I therefore confirm the Order to Pay and direct the Director of Employment Standards to pay the monies to Ms. Nam-Suk Nahm and the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
