Decision
1This is an application to review an Order to Pay issued by an Employment Standards Officer pursuant to section 68 of the Employment Standards Act, 1990 R.S.O. 1990, c. E.14, as amended. This matter is listed for hearing on July 5, 2000.
2The Board is in receipt of correspondence from Janice Haskim dated March 16, 2000 in which she requests that Extasie Investments Ltd. and SLK Marketing Limited produce a set of payroll and vigialarm records. The Board finds the documents identified to be arguably relevant to these proceedings. The request, however, is too broad in identifying the documents, which are to be produced.
3Accordingly, the Board directs Extasie Investments Ltd. and SLK Marketing Limited to produce to the Ministry of Labour, Janice Haskim and Marian Dempster by no later than May 30, 2000 all payroll and vigialarm records in their possession with respect to Janice Haskim and Marian Dempster for the relevant period of their respective employment.
