The parties have concluded Minutes of Settlement in the following terms:

The parties request that the Board issue the following orders and declarations in a consent order.
Peelco Construction Services Limited is bound to the Collective Agreement between the Interior Systems Contractors Association of Ontario and the Applicant effective to April 1, 2001 (“the ISCA Collective Agreement”).
Peelco Construction Services Limited has violated the ISCA Collective Agreement by failing to [remit] benefits for April 2000 and giving the Applicant [an] NSF cheque for March 2000.
An order that Peelco Construction Services Limited pay $2,656.18 plus $214.00 for costs forthwith.
