DECISION OF THE BOARD
The Board has received correspondence from the applicant indicating that he did not receive the responding party’s submissions of May 1, 2000 (attached). The Board therefore hereby provides a copy of those submissions. The Board based its determination to extend the date by which the union must file its response on the attached submissions as well as on the fact that in any event a hearing would not be scheduled in this matter prior to the end of the school year.
