DECISION OF THE BOARD; September 20, 2000
On the agreement of the parties the Board orders that the ballots cast in this application be counted. The vote officer is directed to keep the ballots cast by the employees who have been identified as bricklayers separate from those cast by the employees who have been identified as labourers. Thus the results of the vote will reveal two "counts", one for each group. This decision in no way decides any legal issue which is outstanding in this application. The ballots will be counted at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2000 at the Board's offices.
