1This is an employer appeal of a decision of an employment standards officer dated July 13, 1999.
2On the date and time scheduled for hearing no one appeared on behalf of the responding employee, Natalie Santos. The parties were advised by the Registrar that a telephone call had been made on behalf of Ms. Santos advising the Board that she could not attend as she was in hospital.
3Having regard to these circumstances this matter is hereby adjourned. The hearing will commence at 9:30 a.m. on July 12, 2000 at the Board’s Offices, 2nd Floor, 505 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
