The parties appear to have agreed to adjourn the further proceeding of this application until the Board issues a decision in Board File 2337-99-R. Accordingly, this application is adjourned sine die. It will be up to the parties to request the Registrar to re‑list it for hearing after the aforementioned decision is issued. If the Board has misperceived Local 183’s position, Local 183 is to advise the Board of this fact and at the same time to set out the particulars on which it relies with respect to the status of the two individuals whose votes were challenged.
