1The Board is in receipt of correspondence from the counsel to the Labourers’ International Union of North America, Local 1059 dated October 5, 2000 amending its application to include Mr. Andy Taylor as a responding party. Any issues relating to the addition of a responding party will be dealt with by the panel hearing this matter.
2The Board is also in receipt of correspondence from the counsel to Phil MacDonald and Woollatt Building Supply Limited dated October 6, 2000 requesting an extension of the time limits for filing its response. Neither the length of the extension nor the reason for the request is indicated. Nevertheless, given the date of the hearing, the Board is prepared to extend the time limit until October 11, 2000.
