DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 9, 2000
This is an application under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c. 1 (the "Act"). The Chair of the Board authorized me to sit alone to hear and determine this matter pursuant to section 110(14)(a) of the Act. Hearings in this matter had been scheduled for January and February 2000, but the parties to this proceeding had agreed to adjourn those hearing dates but have not requested that this matter be rescheduled for another day.
Under these circumstances, the Board hereby adjourns this application sine die. Unless either party requests that the Board proceed with the matter within one year from the date of this decision, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
