1This application for certification is withdrawn at the request of the applicant and with leave of the Board. No bar is imposed pursuant to subsection 7(9) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995. The applicant notified the Registrar of the withdrawal by letter on August 28, 2000. Unfortunately, the letter was not brought to the attention of this panel of the Board before it ordered a representation vote by decision dated August 28, 2000. The vote ordered to take place on August 30, 2000 is hereby cancelled.
2The responding party is directed to post copies of this decision adjacent to each of the posted copies of the "Notice to Employees of Application for Certification". These copies must remain posted for 15 days.
