OVERVIEW

1Carol Pitre (the “appellant”) appealed from the impoundment of her 2018 KIA on April 23, 2023 (the “vehicle”) for 45 days by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles (the “respondent”).

HEARING

2At the hearing, the respondent advised that the vehicle would be released to the appellant on May 18, 2023.

3As a result, the appellant advised the Tribunal that she withdraws her appeal. The Tribunal accepted the verbal withdrawal from the appellant because she indicated that she is not well.

4Accordingly, the proceedings before the Tribunal are concluded and the Tribunal file closed.
