ORDER ON MOTION

OVERVIEW

1Karen Nicholas (the “appellant”) filed a motion for an order granting an extension of time for the appellant to file an appeal pursuant to section 50.2 of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8 (“Act”) from the impoundment of her 2015 Chrysler (the “vehicle”) for 45 days on March 7, 2023 by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles (the “respondent”).

2The respondent opposed motion for extension of time.

HEARING

3At the hearing, after being sworn, the appellant advised the Tribunal that she is withdrawing both her notice of motion to extend the time to file appeal and the appeal. Tribunal accepted the verbal withdrawal from the appellant because she indicated that using her computer is not easy for her.

4Accordingly, the proceedings before the Tribunal are concluded and the Tribunal file closed.
