OVERVIEW

1Mandeep Gill (the “appellant”) filed a Notice of Appeal with the Tribunal. The Notice of Appeal does not include the decision of the Registrar appealed from or a description of what that decision relates to and does not set out the basis for the appeal.

2On November 30, 2023, the Tribunal sent a Notice of Intent to Dismiss (“NOID”) to the parties stating that the Tribunal intended to dismiss the appeal without a hearing pursuant to Rule 3.4(b) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Rules, 2023 (the “Rules”) since it appeared that the appeal relates to matters that are outside the Tribunal’s jurisdiction. The parties were invited to make written submissions regarding whether the appeal should be dismissed under Rule 3.4(b) of the Rules.

3The NOID provided that, if no submissions were received from the appellant by 5:00 p.m. on December 6, 2023, the appeal would be dismissed without further notice.

4The appellant did not file submissions by December 6, 2023. No submissions have been received by the Tribunal to the date of this order.

ORDER

5The appeal is dismissed.
