BACKGROUND
1This is an appeal from a Notice of Proposal issued by the Registrar under the Cannabis Licence Act, 2018, S.O. 2018, C. 12 (the “Act”), to refuse a license to The Trip House Inc. under the Act.
2The parties participated in a case conference on June 17, 2021. The matter was set down for a two-day, videoconference hearing on September 13, 14, 15 or 16, 2021.
3The parties have advised the Tribunal that they were able to agree upon a settlement in this matter and have requested that the terms of settlement be incorporated into a Consent Order disposing of this proceeding.
4The parties apply under s. 4.1 of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. S.22 for an order of the Tribunal to dispose of this matter without a hearing.
ORDER AND DIRECTION
5Accordingly, on the consent of the parties and upon having reviewed the agreement signed by the Appellant and the Registrar, the Tribunal, directs and orders that the Appellant shall be bound by the terms of the consent agreement signed and executed by all of the parties.
6The signed agreement is appended as Schedule “A” to this Order.
7The videoconference hearing scheduled for this matter is vacated.
8This Tribunal will close this file.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The parties have agreed to settle the Notice of Proposal to Refuse a Cannabis Retail Operator Licence issued to The Trip House Inc. o/a The Trip House dated May 7, 2021 on the following condition being imposed on the Cannabis Retail Operator Licence of The Trip House Inc.:
- The holder of the licence, and any officer, director, or shareholder of the holder of the licence, shall notify the Registrar in writing, within five (5) business days of any charges, convictions or findings of guilt or other disposition against the holder of the licence and/or any officer, director, or shareholder of the holder of the licence.
