OVERVIEW

1The applicant, Hua Zhan Ye, was involved in an automobile accident on December 30, 2017, and sought benefits pursuant to the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule - Effective September 1, 2010 (the ''Schedule'').¹ Hua Zhan Ye was denied certain benefits by the respondent, Belair and submitted an application to the Licence Appeal Tribunal - Automobile Accident Benefits Service (“Tribunal”).

2The parties participated in a case conference but were unable to resolve the issues in dispute.

ISSUES

3The issues in dispute were identified and agreed to as set out in the Tribunal order and in the subsequent correspondence provided to the Tribunal from the parties.

RESULT

4On November 25, 2019, the parties advised that the disputed issues have been resolved.

5The Tribunal file is now closed.
