BACKGROUND
1The appellant, T&R Auto Service Centre Inc., appeals a Notice of Proposal to revoke their registration as a motor vehicle dealer under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, 2002 (the "Act"); and the appellant, Naseem Jamil, appeals the Notice of Proposal to Revoke his registration as a motor vehicle salesperson under the Act. The Notice of Proposal to revoke the appellants' registrations is dated September 14, 2018.
2The parties attended a case conference on February 21, 2019. The parties were unable to resolve the issues in dispute and scheduled a hearing to proceed on May 29 and 30, 2019.
3On or about May 10, 2019, the parties submitted, to the Tribunal, a signed agreement indicating that pursuant to section 4.1 of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, they waive the requirements of a hearing and consent to an Order of the Licence Appeal Tribunal that the Notice of Proposal to Revoke Registrations of the appellants be carried out on July 1, 2019.
On consent of the parties, I order that
4In accordance with section 4.1 of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, and on consent of the parties, I waive the requirements of a hearing, and dispose of this proceeding without a hearing.
5The Registrar is directed to carry out the registrar's Notice of Proposal to Revoke Registrations of the appellants on July 1, 2019.
6The May 29 and 30, 2019 hearing dates be vacated.
