1The appellant J.C., who is a school bus driver, received a decision dated March 8, 2019 from the Ministry of Transportation (“Minister”) to downgrade her commercial licence to a class “G” licence. The decision to downgrade the licence was made due to the appellant’s medical condition. The appellant filed an appeal to the Licence Appeal Tribunal (the Tribunal) to appeal the Minister’s decision.
2The matter was scheduled for a hearing on April 12, 2019. The appellant advised the Tribunal at the hearing that she has filed a Notice of Withdrawal with the Tribunal and she reconfirmed that she wished to withdraw her appeal.
3As the appeal has been withdrawn, the Tribunal will not issue any order and will close the file.
