1A written motion hearing was set for March 11, 2019 to determine the applicant’s motion for the production of all raw test data of Dr. Warren Schmidt to be produced directly to counsel for the applicant.

2The respondent on March 11, 2019 advised the Tribunal they consent to the motion of the applicant.

ORDER

3I order that the raw test data of Dr. Schmidt be provided directly to counsel for the applicant.

4Applicant’s counsel will hold the raw test data in confidence and will not disclose it to the applicant.

5The raw test data will be destroyed by counsel for the applicant at the completion of the proceeding.
