BACKGROUND

1The first case conference in this matter was held on held on October 1, 2018. At this case conference the matter was set down for hearing on January 22, 23, 24, 25 and February 19, 2019.

2A further case conference was scheduled on January 7, 2019 to determine if the parties could further narrow the issues in dispute. At that time, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues and that minutes of settlement were being prepared.

ORDER

Accordingly, on the consent of the parties, I order that:

3The hearing dates referred to in paragraph 1 above are vacated.

4The appellant be registered as a salesperson under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, 2002, on such terms and conditions as may be agreed to in writing by the parties.
