ORDER
1The applicant filed a second request for reconsideration in this matter on July 26, 2019 in respect of an amended decision dated July 5, 2019.
2This request for reconsideration arises from an adjudicator’s decision confirming the quantum of weekly income replacement benefit. The decision was amended to address errors from the first request for reconsideration. The Tribunal has already considered the applicant’s position regarding an alleged agreement between the parties. The Tribunal’s decision makes no determination regarding entitlement to the benefit.
3The Tribunal has already considered the applicant’s original request for reconsideration and made a determination. The original hearing adjudicator then amended the decision. The applicant may choose to pursue a judicial review or an appeal if in disagreement with the Tribunal’s decision. This second request for reconsideration is dismissed.
